Tia is a Series D venture-backed healthtech company transforming women's healthcare through an integrated model combining primary care, gynecology, mental health, dermatology, and wellness across in-person and virtual settings. The company serves over 120,000 women across four markets.
You will provide evidence-based, patient-centered virtual gynecology and reproductive health care through telehealth, managing a broad range of conditions including contraceptive counseling, menopause/perimenopause assessment, PCOS, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, fertility assessment, pregnancy options counseling, sexual wellness, STI consultation, and cervical cancer screening follow-up. You will recognize and address related medical, behavioral health, and preventive care needs while coordinating with Tia's primary care, mental health, and in-person clinical teams when additional evaluation or treatment is needed.
Key responsibilities include determining when concerns can be safely managed through telehealth versus when in-person examination, testing, imaging, or specialty referral is required; delivering inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based care; collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, mental health clinicians, and care coordinators; contributing to development of virtual care pathways and clinical protocols; and using technology and data to support clinical decision-making and quality improvement.
Tia offers protected time for documentation and care coordination, AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden, quarterly bonuses (10% target), equity grants, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, parental leave, malpractice coverage, PTO/sick leave/holidays, $1,500 CME allowance, and access to clinical tools and training resources. The role is fully remote with PST timezone requirement; you may live in any approved location.
