Fluidstack is building civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers at gigawatt scale. The Product Engineering team transforms hardware concepts into rate production across racks, gear, and power conversion systems. In this role, you will own end-to-end program management for a product family from kickoff through rate production, driving execution against schedules set by data center delivery timelines rather than design readiness. Key responsibilities include: - Manage program schedules, stage gates, and cross-functional execution across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams - Run risk and dependency management with tooling and judgment to surface critical risks early, avoiding status-report theater - Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring with rigor—a pass means the product is actually ready, not that objections ran out - Broker escalations between engineering and delivery to accelerate long-lead decisions from weeks to days - Build credible schedules when design teams cite uncertainty, with explicit assumptions and decision dates instead of padding You'll navigate complex hardware NPI challenges: managing 20-week-plus component lead times, handling DVT-stage design changes, keeping multiple concurrent programs aligned on build, revision, and delivery dates, and making hard trade-off calls (scope cuts, date slips, or spend to recover). Fluidstack operates on extreme ownership, velocity, first-principles thinking, and deep engagement with frontier AI infrastructure problems. The company is singularly focused on deploying compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack.
