You will join the No-Code Development Team as a Business Analyst, leveraging the Creatio platform to address real-world challenges and drive transformative impact through no-code technology. Key Responsibilities: - Create application UIs using no-code designer tools with drag-and-drop interfaces for pages and sections - Develop server logic automation using no-code business process tools aligned with BPMN notation - Design and create web services for system integration, including RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces with proper security protocols and documentation - Create and configure webhook services to receive requests from external systems with proper authentication and logging - Design database structures using Creatio Objects designer, defining tables, relationships, and data fields for scalability and performance - Decompose user stories into executable tasks for no-code implementation - Conduct market research to generate insights on competitors, industry trends, and identify product improvement opportunities - Gather customer feedback through interviews with end users and solution consultants - Collaborate with Quality Assurance Engineers on manual and automated testing - Utilize Git/SVN for version control and application change management Requirements: - Proven experience conducting business analysis and research tasks, including market research, competitor analysis, and gathering business requirements - Knowledge of database management, including T-SQL principles, data queuing, designing relationships, view models, indexes, and complex queries (joins, sub-selects) - Solid understanding of BPMN notation principles with ability to model business processes accurately - Proven experience working within software development teams or as a business analyst for IT projects - Hands-on experience configuring information systems through UI-based tools - Strong general understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods - Fast learner capable of quickly adapting to new UI tools and technologies - Proficiency in English for interviews and international collaboration Plus (nice-to-have): - Demonstrated proficiency with CRM, BPM, or no-code platforms - Coding skills with ability to understand and communicate technical concepts - Proficiency with Figma or similar UI prototyping software
