Salary: USD 74,000 - 90,000 / annual
Strive Health is transforming chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) care by identifying risk earlier, coordinating thoughtful care, and supporting patients through their health journey. As a Network Engagement Partner, you will maintain and grow relationships with external providers and networks (PCPs, nephrologists, hospitals, etc.) in markets where Strive is contracted to deliver services.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement and be responsible for establishing strong partnerships with provider groups as Strive launches new markets. This role is critical to ensuring vulnerable chronic kidney disease patients receive the highest level of quality and continuity of care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain consistent, strong relationships with provider groups using an account management approach and complete provider orientation for all applicable product lines
- Analyze utilization, claims, demographics, and other data to outline network and provider outreach strategies for assigned markets
- Use data-driven approaches to maintain relationships with provider groups and support targeted initiatives that reduce total cost of care
- Review data and reporting with provider groups, focusing on continuous process improvement for operational and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with Strive's business development team to identify new partnership opportunities with providers
- Drive performance of your portfolio of practices, including meeting targets for engagement, quality of care, and utilization
- Engage, contract, and manage practices in Strive's provider incentive programs where applicable
- Meet in person with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities; business travel required
The role offers hybrid-remote flexibility with in-person needs at the office, clinic, or patient home visits. You will work alongside passionate team members who care deeply about making an impact.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum)
- 6+ years of combined related education, experience, or certification
- Efficient and reliable transportation with an active driver's license for regional travel
- Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs
- Internet connectivity with minimum speeds of 3.8 Mbps/3.0 Mbps (up/down) and latency <60 ms
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, MSN preferred)
- Comfortable presenting to providers and driving conversations with unscripted questions
- Ability to review data and reporting with provider groups and use analytics to drive clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies
- Problem-solving skills: identify issues, develop plans, execute to resolution, and communicate progress
- Highly responsive to providers and ability to serve as single point of contact for key relationships
- Persistence in achieving goals despite setbacks
- Outgoing, sales-focused skill set
