1Password is seeking an Intermediate .NET Developer to join the SaaS Manager team, which builds the platform that IT and Security teams use to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems. Following 1Password's acquisition of Trelica in early 2025, you'll join a collaborative team with a startup mindset backed by the resources of one of the most trusted names in cybersecurity.
The SaaS Manager platform addresses real enterprise problems: uncontrolled AI spend, shadow IT, SaaS sprawl, and complex access lifecycles. Recently recognized as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SaaS Management Platforms, the team is scaling to meet enterprise-scale ambitions.
In this role, you will deliver features and improvements to the SaaS Manager platform, taking end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production. You'll participate actively in code reviews, write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of your regular workflow, and collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems. You'll surface blockers and open questions early to keep yourself, your teammates, and the work moving forward.
1Password's Engineering, Product, and Design teams thoughtfully integrate AI across the full software development lifecycle. Engineers use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, while maintaining clear principles, human accountability, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
The company culture prioritizes collaboration, transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. Work is demanding, the pace is fast, and the company seeks individuals who thrive in ambiguity, are curious, and deliver results. Remote work is part of 1Password's DNA since its 2005 founding, though travel for in-person engagement (annual offsites, team meetings, customer events) is expected.
**Requirements:**
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or comparable document database
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new concepts, technologies, and codebases independently
- Strong ownership of assigned work; follow through, flag problems early, maintain high standards for completion
- Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and understand why these practices matter in production
- Strong collaboration skills: communicate clearly, ask good questions, work well across engineering, product, and design
- Curiosity about how agentic AI tools fit into development workflow; use them thoughtfully
- Proactive mindset: look for opportunities to improve codebase or team processes and surface them
**Bonus:**
- Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others)
- Ability to evaluate technology on its merits for the problem at hand, not personal preference
- Quick ability to pick up new languages
