Salary: USD 74,400 - 111,600 / annual
F5 is seeking a National Partner Manager to drive revenue growth and market share expansion through CDW, a major technology distributor. This role is based in Chicago, IL and involves strategic partnership management, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
You will own the end-to-end partner relationship with CDW, including developing and executing joint business plans with quantified goals and ROI metrics. Key responsibilities include:
• Strategic Go-to-Market Execution: Lead targeted sales plays to drive F5 adoption in cloud application delivery and security products through CDW's sales organization.
• Sales Enablement & Training: Deliver F5 product training to CDW sellers, emphasizing relevant use cases and customer outcomes.
• Partner Alignment: Support joint initiatives with F5's Technology Alliance Partners to bring integrated solutions to market.
• Pipeline & Revenue Management: Lead weekly cadence calls with CDW to monitor pipeline, revenue targets, marketing activities, training, and account mapping. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive briefings.
• Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with CDW leadership, including participation in F5's Partner Advisory Council and Partner Technical Advisory Board.
• Sales Tools & Analytics: Use Salesforce, MEDDIC, Tableau, and TechTarget to analyze prospects, pipeline trends, and performance metrics.
• Contract & Compliance Oversight: Ensure CDW contracts align with F5 partner agreements and obligations.
This role requires approximately 30% domestic travel and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of channel management and/or technology sales experience
• Proven track record of building and executing successful business plans that drive high growth
• Working knowledge of CDW's sales organization, leadership, and go-to-market strategies
• Strong time management, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and channel acumen
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-based environment
