Anduril Industries is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Multinational Digital Infrastructure (MDI) team in Seattle. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and sustaining classified systems that power Anduril's global Maritime and AUKUS missions, enabling U.S., Australian, and UK teams to collaborate across IL5, IL6, and releasable environments.
You will architect and implement mission-critical systems spanning the full technology stack. On the frontend, you'll develop intuitive user interfaces for command-and-control systems, mission dashboards, and system health monitoring tools. On the backend, you'll design scalable, secure APIs and microservices that enable seamless data flow across heterogeneous networks, edge devices, and cloud environments.
Systems engineering responsibilities include bridging Maritime platforms with IT infrastructure, developing integrations between sensors, mission systems, and multinational defense environments. You'll implement secure networking solutions including mesh networking architectures, fault-tolerant data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud systems used in classified operations. You'll also support corporate IT systems to ensure enterprise reliability and security.
The role emphasizes multinational deployments supporting bilateral and multinational operations, particularly AUKUS joint missions. You'll collaborate closely with hardware, autonomy, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration. Field support for multinational exercises and testing is expected, including real-time troubleshooting of integration issues.
You'll contribute to technical documentation, integration guides, API documentation, and deployment procedures that ensure repeatability across engineering teams. Lessons learned from real-world deployments will inform the next generation of Lattice OS and Maritime systems.
Required: 5+ years full-stack software engineering or systems integration experience. Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend languages (Python, Go, Node.js). Deep understanding of systems engineering including networking, security, and edge/cloud integrations. RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems architecture expertise. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), ideally in secure or classified environments.
