Anduril Industries is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Multinational Digital Infrastructure (MDI) team, responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining classified systems that power global Maritime and AUKUS missions. You will architect and implement secure classified environments, networks, gateways, and access pathways enabling U.S., Australian, and UK teams to collaborate across IL5, IL6, and releasable environments.
In this role, you will work across complex digital ecosystems, combining systems engineering with software development to support mission-critical deployments. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Software Development: Build intuitive frontend applications for command-and-control systems and mission dashboards using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python, Go, Node.js, or similar languages. Extend Lattice OS—Anduril's AI-powered operating system—by building tools and interfaces to integrate Maritime systems, unmanned vehicles, and classified cloud environments.
Systems Engineering & Integration: Bridge Maritime platforms with IT infrastructure by developing integrations between sensors, mission systems, and multinational defense networks. Implement secure mesh networking architectures, fault-tolerant data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud systems for classified operations. Collaborate with corporate IT teams to ensure enterprise reliability and security.
Global Mission Focus: Support multinational deployments across the U.S., Australia, and UK for AUKUS joint missions. Participate in exercises and real-world testing to validate functionality and troubleshoot integration issues. Work closely with hardware, autonomy, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
You will also develop technical documentation, integration guides, and API specifications to ensure repeatability across engineering teams, and contribute insights from field experience to influence next-generation Lattice and Maritime systems.
Required: 5+ years full-stack software engineering or systems integration experience. Strong proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend development (Python, Go, Node.js). Systems engineering expertise including networking, security, and edge/cloud integrations. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), ideally in secure or classified environments.
