Celonis is seeking a Modernization Specialist to architect Process Intelligence solutions for Oracle enterprise customers undergoing cloud migrations and AI adoption. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role focused on the Oracle ecosystem—spanning legacy systems (EBS, Fusion, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards) and modern OCI/AI stacks.
You will own the technical narrative in strategic Oracle sales cycles, proving that Process Intelligence is essential for successful Fusion migrations and AI-first enterprises. Key responsibilities include leading strategic pursuits with Oracle customers, developing migration solution blueprints that de-risk and accelerate transitions from legacy to Oracle Fusion, and architecting joint use cases that infuse Oracle AI Agents with real-time Celonis process context.
You will work with Business Apps, Partner Sales, Value Engineers, Account Executives, and Oracle stakeholders to build repeatable solution playbooks and enable the Oracle field organization. The role operates with high autonomy and reports to the SVP of Global Customer Transformation.
Required skills include comfort with Celonis Process Intelligence Graph, Objects, Events, Knowledge Models, and Studio; deep understanding of the Oracle technology ecosystem; practical knowledge of AI Agents and Generative AI; and proven ability to build solution blueprints from scratch. Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or large-scale ERP transformations is valued.
