The Large Market Modeling (LMM) team is the technical engine behind Fetcherr's pricing intelligence, responsible for building and training production-ready demand models that power the company's AI recommendations. As MLOps Team Lead, you will lead a small team of MLOps engineers building the internal machine learning platform that supports the LMM group's research and production workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both people management and technical contribution. Key responsibilities include: - Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of MLOps engineers while owning delivery and technical quality - Taking end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and pipeline initiatives, from design through production - Staying hands-on by contributing to design and code, reviewing work, and setting engineering standards - Driving the team through critical milestones in ML model-lifecycle and infrastructure ownership - Building and maintaining models and data pipelines for data science workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across structured and unstructured data at scale - Partnering with R&D and stakeholders to translate research needs into robust, scalable systems - Leading the platform evolution, including migration from Dask to Ray You will work with a distributed platform handling large-scale data from multiple sources, balancing research velocity with production reliability.
