The Large Market Modeling (LMM) team is the engine behind Fetcherr's pricing intelligence, building and training models that transform market signals, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics into reliable, production-ready demand models. This Senior ML Engineer role supports and maintains the company's machine learning capabilities, working closely with production systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and explainability.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep ML systems robust and aligned with business needs; monitoring and reporting on model performance, reliability, and explainability metrics; participating in model retraining and automating MLOps pipelines; extending and scaling monitoring pipelines for new features; investigating and resolving production ML workflow issues through tiered support; developing and maintaining repositories for feature engineering, inference monitoring, and artifact tools; performing exploratory data analysis to identify data quality issues; implementing production-based adjusters across customer deployments; evaluating critical ML artifacts like explainability files and coverage metrics; supporting internal tools including interfaces, registries, and feature monitoring frameworks; and building static and temporal features including seasonality, event-based, and price-related features.
