Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Product Manager to lead the development of Mission Autonomy products for Group 5 autonomous air vehicles. In this role, you will own the complete product lifecycle from initial requirements definition through fielding, driving cross-functional collaboration across software, hardware, test, and program management teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and refine Mission Autonomy products that enable autonomous air vehicle operations, translating military requirements into actionable product specifications
- Define product roadmaps and timelines while managing engineering risk and guiding critical cross-functional decisions
- Collaborate with engineering leads and business development to evaluate design trades and explore early-stage concepts
- Develop autonomy behavior specifications and supporting product requirements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
- Design and execute mission autonomy tests in simulated environments that replicate real-world operational scenarios, validating system performance and identifying improvement areas
- Work with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive test requirements and ensure alignment between system capabilities and mission objectives in complex operational contexts
- Iterate on product strategy based on test results and operational feedback
You will be at the intersection of cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion technology, working on systems powered by Lattice OS—Anduril's AI-powered operating system that transforms thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control capabilities.
