Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced EW (Electronic Warfare) Mission Integration Lead to serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril's EW systems family. This role bridges engineering and operations, ensuring military customers can effectively deploy and maximize Anduril's integrated hardware-software EW products.
You will work directly with the Department of War and other customers in a customer-facing capacity to develop deployment strategies, conduct pre-deployment site surveys, and deliver technical training. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as primary technical liaison between Anduril engineering teams and military end-users
- Conducting radio frequency propagation analysis and pre-deployment site surveys
- Managing cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams to accelerate product deployment
- Developing training content, technical documentation, and deployment manuals
- Providing onsite and remote troubleshooting support
- Advising customers on optimal employment of EW systems across tactical and operational levels
- Translating customer operational requirements into technical specifications for product teams
- Identifying product gaps and driving feature development based on customer feedback
Required qualifications include 10+ years in RF engineering, SIGINT/EW operations, or related military systems roles. You must have hands-on experience deploying SIGINT/EW systems in military operations, deep familiarity with software-defined radio architecture, and strong RF propagation knowledge. Project management and product deployment experience is essential. You must be eligible for and willing to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and able to travel up to 50%, including to hazard zones.
