As a Full-Stack Engineer on the Quality team, you will design, develop, and maintain business-critical systems that support Pearl's core operations and B2P (Business-to-Professional) migration initiatives. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across both front-end and back-end development, solving complex technical problems, and collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop reliable, scalable software across front-end and back-end systems
- Build user-facing features and the back-end services that support them
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop effective technical solutions
- Contribute to business-critical initiatives, including B2P migration efforts and core operational system improvements
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code using SQL and application data flows
- Participate in code reviews and strengthen engineering standards and best practices
- Collaborate in an agile, sprint-based environment
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor to improve productivity
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience in a full-stack role
- Proficiency in .NET frameworks and C#
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries and performance-sensitive scenarios
- Front-end expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library)
- Ability to work effectively with evolving or ambiguous requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in agile, sprint-based development environments
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher
Preferred qualifications:
- React experience
- Experience with large language models and generative AI tools (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Webpage performance measurement and optimization experience
