Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 / annual

In this Mid-Market Account Executive role, you will drive revenue growth by developing and closing opportunities across new and existing mid-market hotel groups, expanding Canary's footprint across properties, products, and use cases. You will own opportunities from discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and close, building compelling business cases around Canary's impact on hotel operations, guest experience, and revenue. Key responsibilities include: - Leading consultative sales processes with multi-stakeholder hotel organizations - Building champions and relationships across operations, finance, IT, ownership, and executive leadership - Developing your territory with deep understanding of target accounts and proactively creating pipeline across new and expansion opportunities - Partnering strategically with SDR teams to identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-value accounts - Managing your business with strong pipeline command, forecasting, and consistent delivery against revenue targets - Developing deep expertise in Canary's platform, competitive landscape, and hospitality technology needs Requirements: - 4+ years of successful B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a closing role - Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets - Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and building relationships with senior business decision-makers - Strong discovery and consultative selling skills with ability to understand customer business and translate priorities into compelling value - Strong commercial instincts and deal management skills, including identifying growth opportunities, building momentum, navigating objections, and driving deals to close - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment with high degree of ownership and accountability - Experience developing and expanding relationships across multi-location or multi-business-unit organizations is a plus - Experience in hospitality or hospitality technology is a plus
