Ledgy is building a modern, tech-driven equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies across Europe. Founded in 2017 in Switzerland, the company has raised $22M in Series B funding led by New Enterprise Associates and Sequoia, and operates from offices in Zurich and London with a team of 26+ nationalities.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build scalable systems powering how companies manage equity. You'll collaborate with engineers (primarily in Zurich and London), product managers, and designers to develop industry-leading automation and experiences that replace manual processes.
The role offers three hiring tracks: Core Equity (foundational logic for equity transactions and data models), Workflows & Automation (automating complex equity workflows and third-party integrations), or Reporting (transforming equity data into financial and compliance reports).
In your first 30 days, you'll be paired with an onboarding buddy, meet the engineering team, and start contributing to the codebase. Within 3 months, you'll ship independently on impactful features, participate in architecture discussions, and develop deep domain knowledge. By 6-12 months, you'll own key features, shape technical direction, and mentor other engineers.
You bring 7+ years of software engineering experience, expertise in TypeScript (backend and frontend), React, Node.js, and MongoDB. You're excited about equity's impact on entrepreneurship, enjoy tackling complex financial data transformations and compliance requirements, thrive in collaborative environments, and take pride in robust, tested solutions for critical business operations.
Ledgy offers flexible working hours, 25 days vacation, up to 40 days remote work from outside your home country, a generous learning & development budget, competitive salary, benefits, and equity.
