Isar Aerospace is building the digital manufacturing backbone to scale rocket production. As an MES Process and System Engineer, you will work directly with manufacturing teams to transform fragmented processes into practical, scalable digital solutions that drive visible impact on the shopfloor. Your responsibilities include: - Partner with manufacturing teams to understand operational challenges and define clear, scalable target processes - Translate manufacturing requirements into intuitive Tulip applications, digital workflows, and reliable data structures - Build, test, and release production-ready solutions that operators and engineers depend on daily - Own solutions end-to-end: from initial discovery through training, documentation, support, and continuous improvement - Proactively identify process improvements and new use cases to maximize manufacturing impact - Maintain visibility of the broader system landscape and collaborate with Global IT on integrations with SAP, Teamcenter, machines, and other enterprise systems You will be part of a fast-growing, venture-backed aerospace company focused on democratizing space access through sustainable, environmentally friendly launch solutions for small and medium-sized satellites. Qualifications: - Proven experience in manufacturing, process engineering, MES, or production digitalization - Hands-on experience building operational applications; Tulip experience is strongly preferred - Demonstrated ability to translate complex or fragmented processes into clear, scalable digital solutions - Understanding of manufacturing data flows and connected system landscapes - Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity to challenge existing approaches - Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English; German is beneficial
