Wolt is a Finnish technology company operating a food and retail delivery platform across 30+ countries and 500+ cities. In Sweden, the company is expanding its local operations and seeking a Merchant Services Associate to support and empower merchant partners on the platform.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for merchant partners ranging from small cafes to major retail chains. You'll be responsible for onboarding partners, providing ongoing training on Wolt's systems and tools, and ensuring they have the guidance needed to succeed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting merchant partners through training and re-education on platform systems and tools
- Maintaining regular communication with partners about new features, campaigns, and best practices
- Monitoring partner performance and conducting quality and satisfaction checks
- Analyzing data insights and user trends to help partners optimize their operations
- Managing menu content and visuals to ensure accurate and attractive platform representation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address partner needs and share learnings
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve partner experience and internal processes

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others succeed
- Experience in customer support, account management, operations, or related administrative roles
- Detail-oriented and structured approach with hands-on, service-minded attitude
- Self-starter with can-do attitude and passion for food and local businesses
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (required)
