Wolt is a global delivery platform operating in 30+ countries, delivering food and retail goods to 55+ million users. Part of the DoorDash family, Wolt is expanding rapidly across neighborhoods worldwide.
You will join the Merchant Onboarding team in Copenhagen's Carlsberg Byen office, playing a key role in setting up restaurant and retail partners for success on the Wolt platform. Your focus will be on creating high-quality menus and assortments that meet Wolt's standards and give partners the best possible launch experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Create menus and assortments for restaurant and retail partners
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with partners to ensure their offerings align with Wolt's platform standards
- Work across internal and external systems, including AI tools that support your workflow
- Assist the team with onboarding logistics (gear kitting, photo uploads, and related tasks)
- Share best practices across the team and continuously challenge the status quo to improve processes
This is an operations-focused role that bridges merchant success and platform quality. You'll have direct impact on partner experience and platform integrity, working in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish and English (required)
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (strong advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Structured, service-oriented approach
- Self-starter with "can-do" attitude and drive to continuously improve processes and raise standards
