FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Merchant for Catalog & Brand Experience to drive operational and merchandising excellence for the Catherines print business. This role bridges Merchandising and Creative teams, optimizing the integration of print and digital channels to enhance overall performance. You will own quarterly performance analysis and strategic recommendations, presenting hindsight insights on catalog and digital results to leadership. You'll develop compelling product stories and themes for seasonal catalogs, recommend front/back cover features, and ensure key styles are properly represented and positioned. Working closely with Design, Brand Leaders, and Planning teams, you'll guide product development from concept through production, refining assortments based on business insights and customer response data. Key responsibilities include facilitating quarterly planning sessions (Hook Up meetings) to ensure cohesive product placement and color stories, developing books that meet page and density targets, and establishing sign-off calendars for timely asset handovers. You'll compile customer and prospect books, propose creative layouts based on performance learnings, and audit all devices to guarantee optimal presentation. Additionally, you'll oversee the Buy & Manage Free Gifts category and collaborate with merchants during Pre-Fit and Merchandise Reviews. On the operations side, you'll partner with Planning to create quarterly deliverables calendars and maintain seasonal media plans, ensuring production calendars align with media plan adjustments. This position requires strong fashion sensibility, AI skills for creating model assets, and the ability to streamline cross-functional processes so category leads can focus on strategic development. REQUIREMENTS: - BA/BS in related field and/or equivalent work experience - 7+ years of apparel experience (catalog and/or web) - 5+ years managing a high-performing environment - Proven track record of driving profitable business expansion - Ability to develop, train, and lead - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
