FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Merchant for Catalog & Brand Experience to drive merchandising excellence and operational efficiency for the Catherines print business. This role bridges Merchandising and Creative teams, ensuring seamless integration of print and digital initiatives to optimize demand and channel performance. You will own the complete merchandising lifecycle: analyzing quarterly catalog and digital performance to present actionable insights; developing compelling product stories and themes in collaboration with Design and Brand Leadership; building cohesive seasonal catalogs that meet page, category, and density targets; and overseeing the Buy & Manage Free Gifts category. You'll facilitate cross-functional "Hook Up" sessions to ensure coordinated color stories and product placement, audit final assets for customer experience, and present results to leadership. Operationally, you will partner with Planning to create quarterly planning calendars, manage seasonal media plans, and coordinate production timelines. You'll also streamline processes across teams, allowing category leads to focus on strategic product development. The role requires strong fashion sensibility, AI/model asset creation skills, and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for book offers, front/back cover selections, and seasonal planning. REQUIREMENTS: - BA/BS in a related field and/or equivalent work experience - 7+ years of apparel experience (catalog and/or web) - 5+ years managing a high-performing environment - Proven track record of driving profitable business expansion - Ability to develop, train, and lead - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong fashion sensibility and AI/model asset creation skills required
