CoFertility is a Series A healthtech company transforming the fertility and family-planning landscape. The company operates two core programs: Cofertility Freeze, which allows women to freeze their eggs for free by donating half of retrieved eggs to intended parents, and Cofertility Family, a transparent egg donor matching platform. This role supports Clinical Operations by serving as a responsive, empathetic member-facing specialist guiding egg donors and intended parents through their journeys.
Key responsibilities include leading scheduled video informed consent calls with prospective egg donors (Split program participants) to confirm logistical requirements, obtain informed consent for egg retrieval and donation, answer outstanding questions, and document member information. You'll support the member onboarding process by building and approving donor profiles for the intended parent platform, helping donors present their personalities authentically. You'll also conduct outreach to intended parents, including outbound calls to newly joined members and monitoring inbound inquiries.
Real-time member support is central to the role: monitoring and responding promptly to member and lead inquiries via email, providing assistance with scheduling and program clarifications, and collaborating across the Cofertility team to ensure seamless, consistent communication. You'll surface observations, issues, and insights to optimize the Split program application process and member experience.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of client-facing experience, ideally in education, sales, patient navigation, or member support. Strong communication skills across Zoom, phone, and email are essential, with comfort discussing sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism. You should be solutions-oriented, a fast learner, tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, and able to learn customer success and operational tools. The role is ideal for someone passionate about fertility, women's health, and giving women more options to balance family-building aspirations with other life goals.
