Ricursive Intelligence is a frontier AI lab focused on building self-improving systems, starting with chip design. The company is reinventing chip development and closing the loop between AI and the hardware that fuels it, with the goal of recursively accelerating progress toward artificial superintelligence.
We are seeking a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead the productization and reliability of core systems. In this role, you will architect the productization of AI research on chip design, owning the full development lifecycle from regression testing frameworks to cloud-scale infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing production-grade systems and integration/deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
- Building regression testing frameworks and quality control systems
- Architecting automated deployment processes
- Managing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure at scale
- Ensuring systems are reliable, reproducible, and performant
- Collaborating with research and product teams to translate AI research into production systems
You will be a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in production systems, infrastructure engineering, and the ability to work across the full stack from testing to deployment. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure that directly impacts the company's core mission.
