Enterpret is a customer feedback intelligence platform backed by Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia Capital. The platform transforms unstructured customer feedback into structured, queryable insights using advanced NLP, serverless computing, and analytics. Trusted by product teams at Canva, Notion, Samsung, and Loom. As a Member of Technical Staff on the Platform team, you will design and deliver significant Graph Platform components end-to-end, from high-level architecture through implementation, rollout, and post-launch operations. Your responsibilities include improving reliability, latency, performance, and operational readiness across the knowledge graph, data systems (DynamoDB, ClickHouse), Model Repository, LLM self-hosting platform, and high-throughput inference pipelines. You will own production issues systematically, converting recurring failures into durable fixes rather than patches. You'll build with metrics, alerts, runbooks, tests, and rollback plans as core deliverables, ensuring every change is safe and observable in production. You will take on-call and production responsibility for your area, establish operational baselines (failure modes, alerts, runbooks), and identify gaps that need closing. You'll partner cross-functionally with product engineers, product managers, SRE, and adjacent teams on dependencies and longer-term platform direction. You'll continuously raise the engineering-quality bar through code review, testing, documentation, and mentorship of junior engineers. Success in the first 90 days means building context on the Graph Platform stack, owning a scoped production problem or improvement from design through deployment, establishing operational baselines, and producing designs with explicit trade-offs. By 6 months, you'll independently deliver significant team-level components and make visible improvements to platform outcomes (reliability, latency, throughput, correctness, cost, operational load). By 12 months, you'll be the go-to owner for a meaningful platform area with multiple delivered improvements.
