As a Member of Technical Staff in Agent Delivery, you'll deploy production AI agents inside some of the world's largest logistics companies. You'll work directly with customer operators, engineers, and executives to understand how critical workflows actually run, then design integrations, debug production systems, and ship AI-powered workflows into complex, often undocumented environments.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer operations. You'll own deployments end-to-end, from initial discovery through production launch, spending time with customers both remotely and onsite solving complex operational problems. Success is measured by outcomes: getting systems live, making them reliable, and solving problems in environments you don't fully control.
Key responsibilities include reverse-engineering undocumented APIs, ERPs, and TMS platforms; designing and building integrations between customer systems and Pallet's AI platform; debugging production failures across distributed systems; working onsite with customers to diagnose issues and drive successful launches; and identifying recurring implementation patterns to turn into reusable product capabilities.
You'll need 2–5 years of experience building and owning production systems in high-growth startups, strong experience with APIs, integrations, authentication systems, and event-driven architectures, proven ability to debug complex systems in production, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments where documentation is incomplete and requirements evolve quickly. Experience working directly with customers is a strong plus.
The role requires 5 days/week onsite with approximately 25% travel. You'll work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.
