Runway is building world models and generative AI tools for creative production. The company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the development of agent products end-to-end—from customer discovery and technical validation through product shaping, quality assurance, and feedback loops.
In this role, you will represent the customer by developing deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent engagement. You'll lead agent product development by running user interviews, competitive research, evaluation analysis, and prompt experimentation, synthesizing findings into novel product offerings that solve customer problems.
Key responsibilities include owning agent quality by creating evaluation infrastructure and monitoring regressions to ensure continuous improvement with each release. You'll scope work ruthlessly to deliver exceptional user value on a fast-paced release cadence, and you'll ship hands-on—writing your own PRs to improve the product experience daily. You'll also create compelling launch moments by enabling sales, support, and marketing teams with the context needed to communicate new agent capabilities effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in software industry with direct ownership of an AI or LLM-powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role
- Proven track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agent products; deep understanding of tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and agent failure modes
- Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to thrive in rapid-pace, high-accountability environments; comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to make sharp written arguments and tell compelling launch stories
- Ability to assess business state, call out challenges, and articulate solutions with confidence
