Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 / annual
Industrious is the largest premium workplace-as-a-service provider, offering premium shared office spaces and flexible workplace solutions. As a Member Experience Manager, you will be the on-site leader and primary point of contact for your location, managing day-to-day operations and member satisfaction.
You will serve as a problem-solver, connector, and experience creator for members at your Phoenix or Scottsdale location. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing all operational details and communications to ensure smooth location operations
- Building relationships with members and the broader business community; identifying and recruiting new members through consultative sales conversations
- Understanding members' needs and delivering tailored solutions to help them succeed
- Curating and executing community events and programming that members value and engage with
- Handling member requests of all sizes with attention to detail and care
- Representing Industrious professionally in the local market
- Balancing hands-on execution with strategic, big-picture thinking
You'll work directly with company leadership, CEOs, and business owners, requiring strong business acumen and communication skills. Success means confidently identifying companies' needs, serving as their guide through workspace solutions, and creating programming that builds community pride.
This is a full-time, in-person role requiring 5 days per week on-site. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Phoenix or Scottsdale. Commuter benefits are included in the compensation package.
