The Member Engagement Specialist is responsible for engaging and enrolling eligible health plan members in Tuesday Health's supportive care services. This role involves educating members on service offerings and supporting ongoing engagement throughout the program. The ideal candidate is highly personable and professional with excellent communication skills and experience working with members and caregivers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact members and schedule clinical assessment visits
- Effectively communicate Tuesday Health services, overcome objections, and answer member questions
- Connect members to available services that meet their needs during initial outreach
- Provide ongoing telephonic customer service to members and their caregivers
- Initiate creative strategies to facilitate member contact
- Maintain performance accountability around member enrollment and participation, achieving performance targets
- Adhere to Tuesday Health information security and privacy requirements
- Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach to members
- Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outreach, contact center, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability working in a matrixed environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and effective presentation skills
- Discretion and adherence to upholding patient information
- Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR) preferred
- Leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
