Salary: EUR 28,000 - 38,000 / annual

Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Medical Specialist to join the Link Medical Insights product team. Link Medical Insight captures, reveals, and disseminates medical insights across enterprises, enabling medical teams to refine strategy based on scientific evidence. In this role, you will apply rule-based curation to medical notes, working as an integral part of the data operations team. You will collaborate regularly with data analysts and quality control team members to ensure curated medical notes meet the highest quality standards for major pharma and life sciences companies worldwide. Key responsibilities include: - Curating and tagging medical insight notes with precision and accuracy - Ensuring output meets the highest quality standards - Acting on customer requests (e.g., data change requests) quickly and diligently - Working on special tasks or projects within data operations - Specializing in a therapeutic area (e.g., Oncology) You will work remotely from Spain in an international, multicultural environment. The role requires flexibility, including potential work outside standard hours for congresses and special projects. You must already reside in Spain with legal work authorization. Requirements: - University degree or equivalent in medicine, life sciences, or a related field (e.g., Nursing) - Working experience in the life sciences industry (experience with medical texts is a plus) - Fast learner with strong work ethics - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work at speed in multicultural teams and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines - Detail-oriented with a "can do" attitude Nice to Have: - Experience developing manuals, process outlines, and implementation procedures - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Advanced spreadsheet knowledge
