Neko Health is redefining preventative healthcare through data-driven, tech-enabled clinical care. The company combines proprietary technology with direct clinical delivery to provide personalized health insights in a single non-invasive visit under an hour.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and medical roles across Sweden, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closes. This is a delivery-focused, hands-on role working closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to build high-performing healthcare teams. Your work directly impacts the quality of care delivered to Neko's members.
In your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Swedish clinical and medical roles (physicians, registered nurses, assistant nurses, biomedical scientists, clinical operations staff), owning a full requisition load against agreed hiring plans.
- Source proactively across job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, and events; adjust channels based on response and conversion data.
- Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer, ensuring clear communication and fast turnaround at every stage.
- Maintain accurate Ashby records and Workday alignment to enable reliable pipeline reporting without manual cleanup.
- Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
The role operates in a fast-moving, high-context environment where precision and pace are essential. You will work with a team that thinks in 10x terms and is committed to making preventative care accessible to more people.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record hiring healthcare professionals in Sweden, ideally in high-volume or multi-site environments.

- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.
- Working knowledge of Swedish clinical licensing and credentialing basics (e.g., Socialstyrelsen legitimation).
- Clear, professional communication with clinicians and internal teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up sourcing, outreach, and admin work, and to sharpen your own judgment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
