The platform, designed by clinicians for clinicians, uses AI to generate clinical notes, certificates, and referrals from consultation conversations, and provides relevant diagnosis and procedure codes. As a Medical Operations Specialist based in Helsinki, you will lead the implementation of Tandem's solutions across Wellbeing Services Counties and private social and healthcare providers in Finland. You'll serve as a trusted expert guiding users through their transition to new workflows and ensuring organizations experience full value from Tandem's technology.
Key responsibilities include: leading solution implementations and user onboarding; developing deep understanding of clinical environments and tailoring the platform to unique organizational requirements; providing expert user support and rapidly resolving issues while surfacing product enhancement opportunities; collaborating closely with the product and engineering team to shape product development; and representing Tandem at conferences, events, and workshops to share the vision with clinicians and stakeholders.
You should bring experience in clinical healthcare work or customer-facing roles in social care. Exposure to consulting, scaleup, or startup environments is valuable. While deep technical expertise is not required, genuine passion for technology and AI, along with curiosity and enthusiasm, are essential. You'll need adaptability, an entrepreneurial approach, quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills. Native-level Finnish fluency and excellent English communication are required.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Helsinki where you'll work collaboratively with the local team and Stockholm-based colleagues. Local travel to meet customers and trips to Stockholm for team meetings are expected. The company conducts background checks and values diverse backgrounds and fresh perspectives.
