Boston Materials is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Thermal Interface Material (TIM) Integration. You will serve as the primary technical partner for customers evaluating and adopting the company's high-performance thermal interface materials, particularly its Liquid Metal ZRT product designed for next-generation AI and HPC semiconductor applications. In this role, you will lead early- to mid-stage customer interactions, translating technical requirements into actionable engineering work. Key responsibilities include capturing customer needs, designing integration solutions, providing performance validation data, and supporting qualification efforts for advanced semiconductor packaging applications. You will work directly with hyperscalers, original design manufacturers (ODMs), and outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) partners to drive adoption of Boston Materials' thermal solutions in data center and AI infrastructure systems. The position offers significant technical autonomy and impact. You will own customer-facing technical projects, influence product adoption strategies, and contribute to solving critical thermal management challenges in the semiconductor industry.
