Voyager Technologies is seeking a Material Program Manager III to lead material schedule and budget execution for the Advanced Weapons Business Unit. This role combines strategic planning with tactical execution, requiring minimal supervision to solve complex supply chain problems and drive program success. Key responsibilities include managing earned value management systems (EVMS), overseeing financial aspects such as estimates at completion (EACs), material sales forecasting, accruals, and cost account management. You will represent the supply chain organization in program management reviews, leadership briefings, and customer presentations. The role demands creative problem-solving using data-driven strategies to address complex supply chain challenges, proactive identification and mitigation of risks and opportunities, and coordination of delivery schedules with critical suppliers. You will escalate critical material shortages immediately upon identification and own resolution efforts. The position requires balancing short-term problem resolution with long-term program success in a fast-paced development environment. You will implement solutions to overcome current and future material shortages, challenge business impediments to excellence, and demonstrate the ability to lead others through dynamic environments. Minimum qualifications include: high school diploma/GED plus 10 years of supply chain planning experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 6 years; OR Master's degree plus 4 years. Must obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance (US citizenship required). Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Material Program Management and/or Supply Chain Management experience on prime defense programs is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and program/budget management expertise. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, understanding of government procurement processes and regulations, Lean and Six Sigma training/certification, experience leading prime proposal efforts, and expert Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and VBA. Travel up to 10% is required.
