Apex combines software, vertical integration, and hardware-focused manufacturing to enable earth observation, communications, and other space-based services.
You will own Apex's integrated master schedule, serving as the single source of truth for the company's product design, development, and program execution across all programs. - Learn Apex's engineering development and production processes and decompose schedule tasks to reflect technical scope accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, production, and program management to keep schedules aligned and realistic.
- Establish consistent scheduling processes, cadence, and standards to ensure timely updates and trustworthy schedules across the organization.
- Identify schedule risks early, work with teams on mitigation and contingency plans, and flag critical path issues.
- Resolve competing priorities and resource conflicts across programs to keep work moving.

- Provide regular leadership updates on schedule health, progress, and major issues, with clear visibility into whether the company is tracking to plan.
