Built Technologies is an AI-powered platform transforming real estate finance and construction management. The company powers over 350 lenders, 80,000+ borrowers and owners, and manages $300 billion in active projects. Built's Marketplace connects capital providers with essential project services—inspections, appraisals, environmental consulting, title/closing, materials suppliers, and specialty diligence vendors.
You will build and lead the supply-side partnerships function from the ground up. This is a 1-to-N role where you define the partnership strategy, operating model, and playbook. Your core focus is growing Built's vendor network across diligence and procurement categories (inspections, appraisal, environmental, title/closing, labor & materials), with potential to expand into demand-side channel partnerships and technology integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Design the Partnership Operating Model**: Build the end-to-end partner lifecycle from sourcing through renewal. Define partner tiers, SLAs, and quality standards. Create operational infrastructure—onboarding playbooks, performance tracking, escalation paths—that enables network scaling without linear headcount growth.
**Grow the Supply-Side Network**: Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close partnerships with inspection firms, appraisal companies, title providers, environmental consultants, and other diligence vendors. Run systematic outbound programs across existing vendors to identify improvement opportunities. Continuously identify and prioritize new service categories for marketplace inclusion using structured frameworks.
**Cross-Functional Coordination**: Partner with Legal and Compliance to develop partnership agreements and vendor qualification criteria appropriate to financial services. Work with Product and Engineering to define platform capabilities needed for a scaled vendor network—partner APIs, marketplace UX, order management.
You'll bring 6+ years of supply-side partnerships, vendor management, procurement, or business development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, construction tech, or real estate services. You have a proven track record building partnership programs from scratch, closing complex B2B deals, and designing scalable operating models.
