ClassPass, part of the Playlist platform for intentional living, is seeking an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Program Manager to lead strategy around how large language models and search engines describe ClassPass. This is a new, cutting-edge role that will shape ClassPass's AI search playbook. You will own the complete AEO strategy, including monitoring how AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and search engines present ClassPass, flagging inaccuracies, and driving corrections. You'll build reporting systems that tie AEO work to business outcomes despite attribution challenges inherent to the channel. You'll also own content strategy and calendar for consumer and partner audiences, building scalable systems for content production and continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include app store optimization strategy and execution, leading off-site and organic social AI strategy in partnership with internal teams, driving go-to-market strategy for business initiatives, and establishing new internal processes for emerging workstreams while coordinating across teams. This role requires strong program and project management skills, the ability to define scope, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional work moving. You'll need to develop strategy and secure stakeholder buy-in on resourcing. Systems thinking is essential—connecting dots across teams and standing up processes for net-new initiatives. ClassPass operates a global platform connecting people with fitness, wellness, and lifestyle experiences, making discovery and participation simple and personalized. **REQUIREMENTS:** - 2+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, AEO, or related search and content discipline - Hands-on AEO/GEO experience, or deep familiarity with how large language models are trained, how they work, and how the industry operates - Experience with enterprise-sized sites with millions of pages - Strong data fluency and testing mindset, with experience measuring performance and attribution in AEO or similarly ambiguous channels - Excellent program and project management skills, including defining scope, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional work - Proven experience developing strategy and securing stakeholder buy-in on resourcing initiatives - Strong systems thinking and ability to connect dots across teams and establish new internal processes - Nice to have: technical SEO experience and programmatic SEO experience
