The Marketing Team is one of Fever's largest departments, providing services across the organization. Teams within marketing include Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization. The team designs, develops, executes, and analyzes 360° marketing campaigns that inspire communities to discover cultural experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences, both for partner events and Fever Original events
- Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging Facebook and Instagram
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content, Copywriting) to provide strategic direction for campaigns
- Operate from the Madrid office on a hybrid basis (2 days/week in-office)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically with Facebook ads and other social paid platforms
- Native-level proficiency in French and advanced proficiency in English
- Marketing background
- In-depth knowledge of the French market
- Willingness to work in Madrid and grow with Fever
