You'll join the Revenue Operations team in a newly created role focused on strengthening alignment across go-to-market functions. Your mission is to build a connected, data-driven view of the customer journey—from initial website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue—enabling marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership to make informed decisions. Key responsibilities: - Build full-funnel reporting connecting marketing activity (HubSpot) to opportunities and closed-won business (Salesforce), visible to executives and teams across the organization - Work with marketing and sales to define and document attribution models, clarifying distinctions between "influenced" vs. "marketing-sourced" leads and how leads are tagged as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led - Partner with marketing on lead scoring and lead flow into Salesforce - Improve campaign ROI measurement so teams can identify what works, double down on success, and reallocate spend from underperforming initiatives - Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market teams to establish shared metric definitions and publish them as a single source of truth - Build reports and dashboards using AI tools, refine based on stakeholder feedback, and publish to the BI tool on a regular refresh schedule - Dig into data using AI to surface patterns and insights proactively The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape how the Revenue Operations team works, with close partnership across marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools - Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terminology (e.g., MQLs) - Interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives - Curiosity about AI and how to apply it in analysis - Experience in a SaaS environment - Bonus: ability to read SQL (writing not required)
