Trustpilot, a profitable FTSE-250 company and operator of the world's largest open customer review platform, is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to serve as a key operational bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Ops and collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing Orchestration, you will lead the delivery of marketing insights and data that empower teams to make data-informed decisions.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Lead dashboard and insight delivery for regional and central marketing teams, translating complex performance data into actionable insights to optimize live campaigns and pull accurate reports aligned with GTM Ops, Finance, and Data teams.
• Support operationalization of dashboards and tools across marketing by creating documentation, training materials, and quick-reference guides to help marketers develop self-service capabilities.
• Gather, validate, and organize performance data and analytical inputs required for Marketing Business Reviews (MBRs) and planning cycles under leadership guidance.
• Translate marketing objectives and business questions into structured requirements for Data & Analytics and Engineering teams.
• Drive progress of data pipeline requests, dashboard updates, and tracking fixes with GTM Tech and central Data teams.
• Support marketing data hygiene through routine checks on end-to-end tracking setups, identify data gaps, and escalate issues to maintain high-integrity metrics.
• Maintain reporting components connecting the marketing lifecycle, providing leadership visibility into Campaign Performance (including ABM) and Funnel Velocity.
• Monitor current performance metrics while developing scalable templates for forecasting and predictive analysis.
You will directly impact three core areas: optimizing marketing efficiency through ROI and Brand Health dashboards; supercharging the funnel by refining campaign, lead, and account engagement data; and elevating data trust by eliminating blind spots and ensuring system-wide tracking completeness.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or similar data-focused business enablement role
• Proven proficiency with modern MarTech/CRM data environments (Salesforce, including leads, contacts, campaigns, and funnel concepts)
• Comfortable working with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and pulling/manipulating data via SQL or advanced Google Sheets
• Highly analytical with ability to translate complex data into insights, decisions, and stories that inspire action
• Strong communicator able to clarify technical concepts for non-technical users and document clear business needs for engineers
• Desirable: Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts or campaign tagging frameworks (UTMs)
• Desirable: Experience working in agile or sprint-based team structures
