Fi is a Series B pet-tech company building real-time location tracking, activity monitoring, and behavior insights for pet owners. The company was founded by talent from Square, Google, Oura, Peloton, and Uber, and is focused on transforming the human-pet relationship through cutting-edge wearable technology and connected hardware. You will lead Fi's marketing expansion across Europe, with the UK and Germany as primary markets. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role on a small team with significant ownership over strategy and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Fi's European marketing plan across the UK and Germany, owning day-to-day campaign delivery and performance tracking - Localize Fi's brand, messaging, and creative assets for UK and German audiences, accounting for cultural, linguistic, and competitive differences, including reviewing and adapting German-language copy - Run endemic marketing campaigns (partnerships, content, placements) within pet, outdoor, and lifestyle ecosystems to build authentic awareness with European pet owners - Partner with lifecycle, social, PR, and paid media leads to adapt global campaigns for European markets and build region-specific programs - Manage day-to-day relationships with regional agencies, freelancers, and vendors, including briefs, timelines, and quality control - Support partner and retail relationships alongside the broader commercial team - Track campaign performance against regional growth targets and report results to leadership - Help manage the regional marketing budget, tracking spend and reallocating as needed - Bring local market insights back to headquarters—competitive activity, cultural moments, and what European pet owners actually respond to - Work with product, ops, and customer experience teams to flag where the local experience falls short of market expectations - Ensure regional marketing activity complies with local advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection regulations (GDPR) Requirements: - 4+ years in marketing, ideally at a consumer brand with DTC and/or Amazon channels - Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns across paid, social, content, and partnerships - Familiarity with the UK and/or German consumer, media, and retail landscape - Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or vendors and holding them to a standard - Comfort with performance metrics and data-driven decision-making - Strong collaboration skills with remote, centralized teams across time zones - Builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources, and shifting priorities in an early-stage market - Willingness to travel within Europe, with occasional travel to the US headquarters - Plus: experience in pet, animal health, wearables, or connected hardware; supporting an international market launch for a US-based or global brand; understanding of subscription-based business models
