Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home EEG and cardiopulmonary diagnostics. The company serves two markets: clinical development partnerships for novel therapeutics and a growing Diagnostics business delivering reimbursable assessments for sleep and CNS disorders.
You will serve as the operational engine for the Diagnostics marketing team, turning strategy into execution across five core areas:
**CRM and Data Management**: Partner with RevOps to maintain clean data across diagnostics marketing and sales systems. Implement tagging structures and workflows, manage marketing attribution models, and own day-to-day CRM execution including email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management.
**Digital Marketing**: Maintain and update diagnostics-specific website pages (Framer CMS), build and manage an editorial calendar, grow LinkedIn presence, track awareness days and research milestones, manage digital campaigns with copy, design, UTM tracking, and ROI analysis. Collaborate with in-house designers on visuals and data storytelling.
**Messaging and Strategy**: Develop sales enablement materials for sleep physicians, neurologists, and PCPs. Support cross-functional project coordination via Asana. Build and manage ideal customer profiles with targeted messaging and value propositions for each audience segment.
**Events & Conference Strategy**: Own the conference calendar end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to post-event ROI analysis. Coordinate logistics (registration, booth materials, swag, vendor communications, budgets), develop pre- and post-event outreach strategies, and manage scientific content submissions and social amplification.
**Thought Leadership & Media Relations**: Identify award opportunities and manage submissions. Scout podcast and speaking opportunities for subject matter experts.
Beacon offers robust asynchronous work practices with in-person office hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris.
