You will be the second marketing hire, joining a Senior Marketing Manager to drive two core engines of growth: content and events. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with significant ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the social media strategy, with LinkedIn as the primary channel. Produce product videos, carousels, infographics, and PDFs consistently, measuring engagement and optimizing performance.
- Create content at volume: case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership pieces, and product launch materials several times per month.
- Film and produce videos featuring team members, product walkthroughs, and customer interviews.
- Plan and deliver 7-9 events annually, including trade shows, conferences, and proprietary customer and broker events. Own budgeting, stand design, day-of execution, lead follow-up, and ROI reporting.
- Design marketing assets in Claude Design and Figma to agency-quality standards.
- Leverage AI tools daily to draft, edit, repurpose, and scale content while maintaining a distinctly human voice and creative flair.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, distribution, and product teams to source compelling stories and material.
The role operates at startup pace with end-to-end ownership. You'll work hybrid (typically 3 days/week in Central London office, near Moorgate/Liverpool Street), with flexibility for longer commutes. Client visits, conferences, and broker meetings count toward office days.
Requirements:
- Significant content creation and social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, with measurable results from owning and executing a social strategy.
- Portfolio of published work demonstrating strong copywriting and communication.
- Proven track record organizing and coordinating trade shows, conferences, or business events, plus internal stakeholder events.
- Hands-on design skills in Figma and Claude Design (Adobe Creative Cloud a bonus).
- Startup experience: you've worked in small environments where you own outcomes end-to-end, identify improvements, and act without waiting for briefs.
- Confident, critical use of AI across marketing work.
- Nice to have: video editing experience, exposure to insurance, fleet, or telematics sectors.
