BitGo Labs is seeking a Marketing Generalist to drive go-to-market strategy and execution for rapid-cycle product launches. BitGo is a publicly traded digital asset infrastructure company (NYSE: BTGO) offering custody, wallets, staking, trading, and settlement services. BitGo Labs operates as an innovation engine that launches real, revenue-generating products on 90-day cycles—each must either unlock value only possible through crypto or be buildable at speed through AI.
In this role, you will own the complete marketing lifecycle for multiple product launches:
**Pre-GTM Strategy:** Partner with product and engineering to define the target user, craft messaging, identify distribution channels, and build the wedge before code completion.
**Demand Generation & SEO:** Build demand engines using AI-powered landing pages, copy testing, and rapid organic growth tactics. Move from concept to optimization in days, not months.
**Social Media & Community:** Own social strategy for new launches, build hype in crypto communities, and directly engage early adopters on platforms like X (Twitter).
**Post-GTM & Analytics:** Measure results honestly. Track adoption metrics, identify what converts, and distinguish signal from noise.
**Iterate or Shut Down:** Set success metrics before launch. Kill underperforming channels without hesitation and move to the next experiment.
You will work directly alongside product and engineering teams with a budget and deadline—no generic playbooks, no committee approvals, no lengthy approval cycles.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record marketing something from zero (side hustle, startup, newsletter, personal brand). Experience scheduling social for existing brands does not qualify.
- Professional experience in Marketing, Growth, Communications, or related field with demonstrated success in user acquisition and engagement.
- Builder mindset: prototype with AI tools, create landing pages, generate copy, run analytics independently. Agency-brief-writing-only approach is outdated.
- Comfort with crypto or willingness to learn fast. Understanding of internet culture, crypto Twitter/X, and viral mechanics required.
- Decision-maker mentality. Small team, short cycles, no safety net.
- Ability to kill your own work. Shut down campaigns, extract learnings, and launch the next experiment without emotional attachment.
- Comfort with uncertainty. No stable roadmap, no massive support infrastructure, no guarantee products survive beyond 90 days.
