Curai Health is transforming healthcare through AI and clinical expertise, making care more affordable, accessible, and effective globally. This Marketing Coordinator role serves as the Growth team's execution engine, handling day-to-day operational marketing work to free senior marketers for strategy.
You will own community management across social and community platforms, monitoring and responding to conversations while escalating clinical or complaint issues appropriately. Social media operations fall under your purview: calendar management, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance reporting. You'll create ad variants from approved templates and brand assets using design tools, eliminating the need for designer involvement on routine creative production. You'll coordinate with external partners—UGC creators, motion designers, and SEO specialists—managing briefs, tracking deliverables, consolidating feedback, and holding deadlines. General marketing utility work includes asset library maintenance, competitive monitoring, and converting meeting notes into actionable items.
The role requires working within a strict health-content playbook rather than improvising, and you'll be one of Curai's public voices online. Success is measured by how much production work you remove from senior marketers' plates, enabling them to focus on strategy.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, social, or community role
- Excellent written English with a natural, human tone in public communication
- Hands-on proficiency with design tools (Figma or Canva) and basic video trimming; ability to ship competent assets independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you notice when deliverables go missing
- Based in LATAM or APAC with at least 3 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific time
- Legal authorization to work in your country of residence (US, Mexico, or Philippines)
