Air Company develops advanced technologies for energy security and global resiliency, producing drop-in e-fuels that can power transportation across air, land, sea, and space. The company's modular MAD Fuel System combines proprietary catalysts, compact hardware, and locally available power to produce fuels to spec wherever needed. Led by CEO Gregory Constantine (2026 EY Entrepreneur of the Year), the company has secured government contracts from the U.S. Department of War, NASA, and the Department of Energy, with investment and commercial partners including In-Q-Tel, GE Aerospace, Toyota Ventures, Virgin Atlantic, JetBlue, and Alaska Airlines.
The Marketing & Communications Manager will execute Air Company's day-to-day brand communications across social media, PR, content, events, and brand activations. Working from established priorities and direction, you will transform technical milestones, company news, and ideas into clear, engaging content and experiences. You should understand how modern communications channels work, be comfortable creating assets yourself, and know when to leverage AI and other tools to move from idea to usable content quickly. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy position. You will be highly coachable, take direction well, execute with pace and quality, and confidently present your work and recommendations.
Key responsibilities include: executing brand communications across LinkedIn, Instagram, PR, company channels, and other relevant platforms; creating high-quality brand content and assets quickly (social posts, presentations, graphics, short-form video, written content, marketing materials); turning company, product, and technical milestones into clear external content by partnering with internal subject-matter experts; planning and executing events, trade shows, site experiences, and brand activations; supporting PR and earned-media activity by preparing announcements, media materials, and executive content; and maintaining marketing calendars while managing multiple workstreams to ensure timely, accurate, consistent delivery.
This role reports to the CEO with a dotted line to the fractional CMO. The position is in-person 3 days per week at the New Britain, Pennsylvania site.
