As Market Operations Leader for California, you will lead and scale Daymark's regional operations, serving as the primary operational leader in partnership with the Market Medical Director. You will be responsible for building and scaling the care delivery footprint across California, driving measurable improvements in patient enrollment, clinical outcomes, and patient experience while institutionalizing operational excellence through standardized processes and data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
**Market Leadership & Growth**: Build and scale Daymark's California footprint, delivering improvements in patient enrollment and outcomes. Establish operational capabilities and position the region as a benchmark for efficiency and impact.
**Team Leadership**: Lead recruitment and onboarding of clinical and operational staff across the region. Develop a mature, high-impact team capable of independent leadership. Collaborate across Daymark departments (clinical, finance, marketing, product) to integrate California efforts with national strategy.
**Operational Excellence**: Partner closely with the Market Medical Director to align clinical and operational priorities. Lead California to consistently exceed KPIs for patient enrollment, clinical outcomes, and patient experience.
**Partnerships & Business Development**: Build deep relationships with senior leaders of provider and health plan partners. Ensure seamless, integrated patient care across stakeholders and drive business growth in California.
You will need 10+ years of operations leadership experience, with preference for health operations background and multi-site or value-based care model experience. Dyad leadership experience partnering with clinical leaders (Medical Directors, CMOs, providers) is essential. You should be a data-driven people leader with strong management experience, deep commitment to quality patient care, and proven ability to develop high-performing teams from diverse backgrounds.
