Nuitée is the API backbone for the global travel industry, often described as "Stripe for Travel." Founded in 2017 and now backed by Accel and leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, the company enables seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, and super-apps. Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022 and is now profitable after raising a $48M Series A.
You will join the Direct Supply team as Market Manager for Mexico, owning and growing a portfolio of approximately 100 directly contracted hotels. Your core responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day relationships with hotel partners, ensuring they are priced competitively, technically live on the platform, and consistently generating bookings through Nuitée rather than leaking to third-party channels like Booking.com or Expedia.
• Diagnosing and resolving performance issues—whether pricing, availability, technical problems, or missing promotions—using dashboards and data to identify root causes and execute fixes.
• Competing for bookings against OTA incumbents by leveraging Nuitée's new API-first extranet, which provides pricing, promotions, and availability advantages.
• Potentially sourcing new hotel partners in Mexico to fill coverage gaps, working with the wider LATAM supply team.
• Collaborating closely with a small, tight-knit LATAM supply group (market managers in Brazil and Colombia, sourcing manager in the Caribbean) with minimal management layers.
You'll work on a market Nuitée is actively prioritizing for growth. LATAM direct supply is becoming a strategic focus as the company scales demand in the region, and your work directly shapes how much of that growth Nuitée captures.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hotel account management, revenue management, market management, or travel distribution; deep knowledge of the Mexican hotel and travel market; comfort with data and performance dashboards; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; a sense of urgency and follow-through; and are based in Mexico with willingness to travel regionally as needed.
