Salary: USD 165,320 - 247,980 / annual

Re:Build Manufacturing is revitalizing America's manufacturing base by operating an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform that partners with industrial companies and innovators to scale products from concept to full production. The company focuses on critical verticals including aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation. You will serve as Market Lead for the Medical vertical, driving business development and market growth initiatives as a strategic member of the commercial leadership team. This is a full-cycle business development role responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and rapidly expanding Re:Build's presence in the medical manufacturing market. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive market strategies aligned with 5-year growth objectives; leading full-cycle business development to build a robust pipeline; cultivating relationships with key customers, collaborators, and industry influencers; conducting in-depth market analysis to identify trends and competitive dynamics; collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams on go-to-market strategies; establishing and tracking KPIs; identifying new market segments and product opportunities; representing the company at industry events; and providing regular reporting to the executive team. You bring 10+ years of combined experience in marketing, business development, sales, or strategy within relevant sectors, with a proven track record of developing growth strategies. You have deep understanding of the engineering and manufacturing landscape, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, outstanding negotiation and closing skills, and demonstrated ability to lead and encourage teams. You're comfortable with data-driven decision-making, Lean practices, continuous improvement, and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Willingness to travel as needed.
