Lendbuzz is seeking an experienced Market Development Manager to lead regional growth in Nevada's automotive lending market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and manage a field sales team of Dealership Account Managers, drive territory expansion, and forge high-impact partnerships with dealership networks.
Key responsibilities include owning territory expansion strategy by identifying sub-markets and high-opportunity dealership partners; hiring, mentoring, and coaching a performance-driven field sales team with accountability and resilience; serving as a senior relationship builder for key dealership partners with consultative support; modeling best-in-class selling behavior in the field while ensuring team execution against volume and quality targets; translating field insights into competitive strategy and local playbooks for senior leadership; and collaborating across underwriting, credit, and internal sales to ensure seamless dealership experience.
You'll be expected to maintain residence within or near Nevada, work a six-day work week with frequent in-person dealership visits throughout the region, and demonstrate a hands-on coaching style that emphasizes field visibility and engagement. The role offers unlimited earning potential with a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commission, and bonus structure. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive lending, F&I, indirect auto, or dealership partnership environments
- 2+ years leading or developing a field sales team (formal or informal leadership accepted)
- Proven track record of expanding territories and growing dealer production
- Strong dealership relationships and credibility within the local market
- Hands-on leadership style with field coaching capability
- Customer-focused, organized, and committed to excellence
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to analyze volume trends, identify opportunity gaps, and translate data into action
- Comfortable with six-day work week and frequent in-person dealership visits
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history; regional travel required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
