Lendbuzz is seeking an experienced Market Development Manager to lead regional growth in Atlanta, GA. This is a people-leadership role focused on building and scaling a high-performing field sales team in the automotive lending space. You will own territory expansion strategy, identifying sub-markets and high-opportunity dealership partners to accelerate market growth. You'll hire, mentor, and develop a team of Dealership Account Managers, fostering a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability and partnership excellence. As a senior relationship builder, you'll serve key dealership partners with consultative support and high-touch service, while modeling best-in-class selling behavior in the field. Key responsibilities include driving field production against volume and quality targets, translating field insights into competitive strategy for senior leadership, and collaborating across underwriting, credit, and internal sales teams to ensure seamless execution. You'll create market intelligence, provide feedback on local playbooks, and ensure consistent dealership experience across the organization. Success is measured by building a high-performing, accountable field team with strong retention; developing scalable, high-intent dealership partnerships; growing regional market share and contract volume; and establishing a coaching culture rooted in visibility and engagement. The role includes unlimited earning potential with competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commission, and bonus structure. QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years in automotive lending, F&I, indirect auto, or dealership partnership environments - 2+ years leading or developing a field sales team (formal or informal leadership accepted) - Proven track record of expanding territories and growing dealer production - Strong dealership relationships and credibility within local market - Hands-on leadership style with field coaching capability - Customer-focused, organized, committed to excellence - Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) - Ability to analyze volume trends, identify opportunity gaps, and translate data into action - Comfortable with six-day work week and frequent in-person dealership visits - Valid driver's license with clean driving history; regional travel required - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred) - Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency (plus)
